Maena St Paul (she/her) is the HR & Operations Manager at Advance NYC, where she manages internal operations and supports the human resource department. In her tenure at Advance, she has played an instrumental role in implementing new internal systems and improving existing ones, encouraging the company’s efficiency and effectiveness.
Beyond her operational responsibilities, Maena provides thought partnership to senior leadership, offering insights into organizational structure and work culture. Additionally, she oversees Advance’s diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) efforts within the company, collaborating on initiatives that promote a more inclusive workplace.
Outside of her professional life, Maena channels her creativity into writing prose and immersing herself in fiction thriller novels. She also enjoys the strategic challenge of dominating board games, showcasing her friendly yet competitive spirit.
