Hannah Drobac (she/her) joined Advance NYC as a Development Associate in early 2023 and has since supported a broad swath of Advance’s client organizations. As an Associate, Hannah specializes in executing development strategy (with a focus on individual giving and major gifts); assisting in the preparation and implementation of campaigns; and working within CRM databases. Prior to joining the team at Advance NYC, Hannah held a variety of roles at mission-driven organizations, which included roles in the development offices of Longy School of Music of Bard College (Cambridge, MA) and Atlas Performing Arts Center (Washington, D.C.).
Hannah holds a Master of Music degree in vocal performance from Longy School of Music and a Bachelor of Arts degree in history, with minors in music and theater, from Middlebury College. In her free time, Hannah enjoys engaging in community-based performing arts, playing board games, and trying new recipes.
