Project Associate
Grace Rubardt (she/her) is a Project Associate with the Institutional Giving Team, where she works with clients to execute grant applications and maintain funder relationships. At Advance NYC, her responsibilities include preparing materials, conducting prospect research, navigating foundation and government portals, and providing general project management support. Grace is passionate about equity and justice and loves helping to channel resources towards organizations working for good.
Prior to joining Advance NYC, Grace worked in the Development Team at National Consumer Law Center, where she provided general development assistance including donor research, database management, grant support, and more. She holds a BS in Cognitive and Brain Science from Tufts University, with concentrations in Anthropology, Physics, and Economics. In her spare time, Grace likes to read, climb big mountains, go to live music shows and win card games.
