Emilie Pass (she/her) provides strategic and administrative support as a Project Associate at Advance NYC. In her role at Advance, Emilie supports a broad array of clients, helping to execute strategy around individual giving and major gifts.
Prior to joining the team, she coordinated high-level membership and annual fundraising as the Major Gifts Associate at Storm King Art Center. With a deep commitment to arts and culture, she started her career in theater management and held company management roles at Berkeley Repertory Theatre and The Flea Theater. Emilie grew up in Los Angeles and received a BA with honors from Wesleyan University where she studied comparative literature. In her free time, she is an avid reader, recipe tester, and hiker.
