Eli Schleicher

Project Manager

 

Eli Schleicher (he/him) is an arts administrator with more than a decade of experience advocating for mission-driven work and institutions. As a Project Manager at Advance NYC, he provides clients with multifaceted development expertise, strategic planning support, and holistic project management. His work spans the nonprofit sector – including a range of partnerships with arts & culture, advocacy, social service, and philanthropic organizations – and is driven by a belief in all nonprofits as engines for social change. Since joining the company in 2021, he is proud to have worked with more than 30 organizations in four of New York City’s five boroughs as well as nationally. Prior to Advance, he held positions at Broadway Licensing, the Broadway Briefing, and Resetting the Table while also working as a freelance theater director and stage manager at the Public Theater, National Black Theatre, and Piehole, among others. He continues to direct live performance independently and with JETco., an organization he co-founded.

Eli holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Harvard College. Originally from Blue Bell, PA, he now lives in Brooklyn where he cooks adventurously and strives to live an environmentally conscious life.
